Blueberry Syrup Part 3: Dehydrating the blueberry pulp!

I ended up with a bunch of blueberry pulp!  So, I put it in the dehydrator of course!  I set it on the fruit and veggie setting and waited until it was all dry.
Once it was all dry I popped it into the food chopper and turned it into dehydrated blueberry powder.

I plan to use the powder for muffins, pancakes, and breads!

Woohoo!  I filled up a quart jar with all of the powder!  Great use for your jars with the chipped tops that are  not longer good for sealing a lid by the way!  I save my old lids and wash them and use them on my jars of dehydrated food too.
AHHHH....and the reason we do all of this work and the picture I am sure you have all been licking your lips waiting for!!  Pancakes with homemade blueberry syrup!
Ok, and the BEST thing I have ever taught my kids to do: COOK!!  But, unfortunately the only one of my kids that is any good at making pancakes is my oldest and he was down to the neighbors working with the sawmill so I had to make these pancakes myself!  GASP!  I know!  LOL!  My other boys are good at making waffles...they just haven't quite got the flipping of the pancake thing down yet...and I really wanted pancakes with my homemade blueberry syrup.
