Guitar Hero!

The boys were playing Guitar Hero and gave baby girl one of the guitars so she could play along! She was thrilled and played along just like she knew what she was doing!

She even thought she was a regular rock and roll star dancing around!

Pine wood derby race!

My boys had a Pine Wood Derby race at our church with their Royal Ranger group last weekend. It was a lot of fun!

My 8 and 13 yo did not win but they still had a lot of fun and enjoyed making their own cars and racing them!

My 11 yo won 3rd place in his division. He named his car "The Uglymobile".My oldest won 1st place in his division!

Goggles!

Buckets!

I was going through my camera and found some pictures. We were given all of these 5 gallon buckets to try our hand at bucket gardening. The kids love them! They built a wall with them and pretended it was a fort.
The younger ones loved being able to touch the ceiling! They thought they were big stuff!

Tangled!

I took 6 yo DD to see the movie "Tangled" Monday night. It was her first time to ever to see a movie theater. In the next town over you can see some of the older movies for $3 a ticket.

Valentine's Day Party!

I threw a Valentine's Day party and invited over some friends! They have 7 kids in their family, 6 girls and one boy, ages 5-13! So we had thirteen children from ages 2-15! Of course with 13 children and lots of food, fun, and games there are plenty of opportunities to take pictures! We had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches...cut into heart shapes, cherry Jello made in a heart shape mold, strawberry smoothies with bits of chocolate sprinkled on top, and pretzels...the kids said the pretzels were close to heart shaped! We played Valentine's Bingo and gave away prizes to the winner. (Then everyone that did not win got to pick something out of the bag when we were done with the game.) We also made candy necklaces, decorated bags, and exchanged Valentine's cards! The kids and I had a blast!
All of the kids loved that balloons! Surprisingly there was enough balloons that did not get popped at the end of the party that our friends were each able to take one home.

Zombie Face!

My 8 yo calls this his Zombie Face!

He used his Zombie Face to scare his sisters and they were so scared their hair stood up!

I think the smile on her face says she was having fun and was not scared! LOL!

They were actually having fun with the fan from the bounce around! Even baby girl thought it was fun!

Wild Haired Child!

Baby girl is totally going through a wild hair stage! It is so fine that it just sticks up and has a mind of its own!
I think her hair is having a party in this picture!
