I absolutely LOVE having two stoves in my kitchen for all of the canning I do! I can have to pressure canners going at the same time. I have canned over a hundred quarts of potatoes so far this year plus green beans and peaches and caramelized onions and more and I have not had to have any late night sessions because I have two stoves and can boil water and pressure can at the same time! Oh, so nice!
